Freedom Automotive Technologies was formed in Bright, a small town in the alpine region of Victoria, Australia in 2002, by Stuart Usher.

The company is mainly recognised for its winch bars and other tube work, Stuart’s real passion lies with vehicle design and construction. From the Chassis modification and suspension design to the body work and interior fit out.

By incorporating a comprehensive understanding of vehicle dynamics and engineering, modern design and manufacturing, and real world experience you will find F.A.T. products used in most winch challenges and extreme off road event such as the Outback Challenge, Ateco Winch Challenge and the Extreme Winch Challenge series.
